The Twist and Turn

Walking in Dubai one is swamped by these huge buildings everywhere. I was fascinated by this particular structure which seemed to twist and turn.. amazing.

                                                                      

                                                               

The 'Pierced' lady.

Elaine tells me that she is the most pierced woman in the world and after taking a good look at her - I believe her. Her face is literally covered in rings, studs and things. Again I ask myself 'Why'.  When I asked her 'why' she just smiled and shrugged as if to say 'Why not?? I loved the colourful attire - just seems to go with the whole ambiance.

Season designs for legs...

This season it seems that we all need fun designs to be worn on our legs.... big or small. Floral or abstract. These were a few that passed my way.

A new painting with a few strokes.

Sitting on the street pavement this fellow produced this painting in various steps using spray paint, newspaper... and his fingers. Within 5 minutes it was done. So clever. (Royal Mile - Edinburgh)

The beginning..

 Loaded with black spray paint and one thinks - "What a mess. How will this work?"... then...

Out comes the paper -swish - swish..

 a few more strokes and there you have it... amazing.

The man of this creation..

 It sold as soon as he had finished... lovely...
